This is possible in all but a few exceptional cases. You do not need to change the streaming URL in your live streaming software for every live stream. To do this, create a “permanent RTMP URL” when setting up a live stream. You can do this under the “RTMP URL with secret key” option. Give the new permanent streaming URL a name that makes it easy for you to recognise (e.g. “Season matches”). Once you have entered all the other details, click on “Create livestream”.
