I have paid for a paid livestream but cannot access the match. What should I do?
Please go through the following points in order:
- Are you logged in to your Sporteurope.TV profile? (Your username is displayed in the top right-hand corner)
- Can you find the match or subscription you purchased in your profile? To do this, log in and click on “Settings”. You will find your purchases in the “My Subscriptions and Orders” section
- Which web browser are you using? Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome offer the best experience – please try using one of these browsers.
- If you can answer ‘yes’ to the first two questions, are using one of the suggested browsers and still cannot view the match, please feel free to contact us via our contact form with your query.
