# I have paid for a paid livestream but cannot access it. What can I do?

1\. Check that you are logged in.  
2\. Check under ‘My Account’ \> ‘[Orders](https://sporteurope.tv/profil/einstellungen/bestellungen)’ whether the purchase is listed.  
3\. Reload the page and try Chrome or Firefox.  
4\. If the content remains locked, contact us using the [contact form](https://share-eu1.hsforms.com/1-JjI7GPlQBOtVYie3RQ8sAfnkq8) and include your proof of purchase, account email address and a link to the content.
