When should I start the livestream signal in my software?

Please send your signal to the relevant streaming URL at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. For example, if the stream starts at 6:00 p.m., send us the signal no later than 5:30 p.m. You can then check whether the signal is arriving correctly under ‘Manage Livestream’ (see ‘How can I test my signal in advance?’).
