title: When should I start the livestream signal in my software?
description: Please send your signal to the relevant streaming URL at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. For example, if the stream starts at 6:00 p.m., send us the signal no later than 5:30 p.m. You can then check whether the signal is arriving correctly under ‘Manage Livestream’ (see ‘How can I test my signal in advance?’).
