When do I need to start the livestream signal in my software?

Please send your signal to the relevant streaming URL at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time (example: stream starts at 18:00 – please send the signal to us by 17:30 at the latest). You can then check whether the signal has arrived as required in the “Manage Livestream” section (see: “How can I test my signal in advance?”).
