Don’t worry, simply restart the RTMP signal as soon as possible. Our system will wait for around five minutes to see if the signal returns. Important: the streaming URL must not be changed in your software during this time, otherwise the connection will be lost. The broadcast will restart automatically as soon as the signal reaches us. Please inform your fans via the chat that there is a problem and that the stream will resume shortly. If the livestream does not restart on Sportdeutschland.TV even though the technical issues have been resolved and everything is running smoothly according to your software, please contact redaktion@sporteurope.tv so that we can take a look at the incoming signal.
