What should I do if the livestream is interrupted due to a technical problem on site?

 Stop the signal in your streaming software and restart the transmission within five minutes if possible. Continue using the same streaming details. As soon as the signal is received again, the transmission will resume automatically. The process is the same for RTMP and SRT.

Inform your audience about the interruption in the chat. If the livestream does not come back online even though the technical problem has been resolved, contact redaktion@sporteurope.tv. Our team can then check whether the signal is reaching SPORTEUROPE.TV correctly.
